Industry is advised that an updated CSV filing format is now available, as part of the new process to enable online filing and validation of Beneficial Ownership data.

The updated template will make data collection much more efficient for you, the user; and effective for the Registry Compliance Team.

Please note:

  1. The updated CSV spreadsheet is available for download on CAP (see screenshots below). It permanently replaces the previous spreadsheet.
  2. The transition period has been extended until the end of February 2020. The online system therefore will be in effect from 1 March 2020, which will allow you to implement the necessary upgrades to your internal systems.
  3. In the meantime, Beneficial Ownership information still needs to be filed as required by law and as such, the previous system is still in place. As soon as you have migrated data to the updated CSV template, you can upload to the online system.
