Paul Inniss is the Head of Compliance at the General Registry. He is a former financial and economic crime investigator with certifications through ACFE, ACAMS and the ICA. Paul has specialist training in anti-money laundering, complex fraud and asset tracing, as well as proficiency in the management of risk and the implementation of requisite policies and procedures as per best practice.
Paul’s years as an economic crime investigator have equipped him with the diverse knowledge, skills and experience commensurate with policing one of the world’s largest financial industries. He is adept in handling the multi-jurisdictional challenges and issues associated with working in diverse complex financial industries.
Paul was recently awarded Fellowship Status by the International Compliance Association.
Paul’s speciality areas include:
- Management of risks associated with anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism proactive investigations
- Anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) – effectively identifying, tracking and tracing all proceeds of crime
- Identification and investigation of occupational fraud, and implementation of innovative business-related risk mitigation policies to address deficiencies, training and people development
- Delivering high-impact interactive fraud training sessions
